So I’m thinking of taking a gap year as of September 2012 because I just don’t know where I’m taking myself in life. I’ve applied for a philosophy course but I don’t know if it’s what I want to do. I’m really more passionate about clothing and cosmetics and I feel that is probably the route I should take, because I know I’d enjoy it. However, I obviously have a skill in philosophy (I know that sounds so bigheaded, but I never excell at anything else). I got 100% in my as-level philosophy, and hopefully will do comparatively as well this year, but I just don’t know how far I can take it in terms of a career. So yeah anyway, I’m thinking of taking a gap year, probably over here in Guernsey and just working for a year until I decide what I want to do. I’ve applied for internships with a few magazines in their beauty and fashion departments so we’ll see how that goes. I just got thinking about my style and what I’d wear in an office environment so… yeah, just a collection of photos of what I would think could be deemed appropriate… all of the items are from Topshop.
